You know I used to be so against Silent Hill f. I played it once and I was left feeling very conflicted. I didn’t like the ending of the game, and I hated the fact that you needed to play through it multiple times just to get the true ending. The combat felt sluggish and awful, and I was not wanting to play through the game another three times, so I ended up shelving it and never touched the game again until 9 months later. Once I did pick it up again, I started to appreciate the game a whole lot more, the combat feeling a lot more enjoyable this time around. (highly recommend that you focus on upgrading your stamina!) With each new playthrough, I would discover more notes and entries that would shed new light on Hinako’s story, while also fleshing out the characters and building upon the world of Ebisugaoka. I’m now on my final playthrough, and I can’t wait to complete the story, getting the true ending. (I’ll save the ufo ending for the next time haha) Is Silent Hill f perfect? No. Is it a “true” Silent Hill game? Well, that’s debatable, as it’s divisive as hell and has become the new black sheep of the series. But I do think it’s a great game and it does a lot of things right, coming from someone who’s played all the classic Silent Hill games.

I love the visuals of this game the story was written so well the story was so sad when you finally understand what is happening rhe combat was ok it got annoying sometimes all the boss fights and endings were amazing the voice acting in the Japanese version was better than English don’t get me wrong the English voice acting was good but sounded a bit dull compared to the Japanese voices
