@tessaxlarson: Replying to @diazyaz0 I paid off 30k debt in a fraction of the time with this method! Just sharing my personal journey and what I did, this is not financial advise. #debtpayoff #debtfree #financetok #financiallyfree
Last month I started doing $2-5 a day and one day a month is $150. My monthly is 450 and I’m already ahead of schedule by 1.5 months

You kinda have to pay ahead to get it started though, right?

So I noticed when I pay micro payments weekly it comes off the minimum payment. So then by the time I have to pay the bill it says my minimum payment is $0. But I look back to see what the minimum when the statement comes out. So then I still pay the minimum plus the micro payments. Does that happen for anyone else? I also feel like I’m getting no where, and we don’t use the card we are paying off.

All micro payments must be paid before your due date and all micro payments made must total or be greater than the amount due????

Will the micropayment method work if I schedule out my weekly payments or should I be going in every week and making a payment every week without scheduling??

So for a car of home equity loan bc or example, does this work if we make those payments through the app or do we have to call each time to make sure they go to principle? Or is that outdated?

I thought about doing that with my mortgage payment. But they have it set so that if I make partial payments, they hold it and won’t apply it to the principal balance until the full payment amount is put it. So that means micropayments won’t work for that, correct?
