Correcting My Posture. My pelvis is tilted real bad so I’m going back to my early childhood years to correct the problem. We often see young kids falling asleep on the floor especially toddlers and we follow the golden rule “DO NOT TOUCH THEM”. We let them be. So yeah I’m going back in time when I was 3 to help realign my body. Sleeping on a firm surface like the floor can help correct anterior pelvic tilt by encouraging a neutral spine and reducing excessive lumbar curve. A firm surface prevents the hips from sinking, which often causes the pelvis to tilt too far forward. Keep in mind you may not have FUPA. It just may be a tilted pelvis. For 30 days I will be sleeping on my back with a pillow under my head and knees ( so that my lower back can touch the floor). Allow the firm surface to neutralize my spine. Yes, my first night was painful but I woke up feeling taller.
