@coolguy_099: The Wolf of Wall Street is a 2013 American epic biographical dark comedy crime film[3] co-produced and directed by Martin Scorsese, written by Terence Winter, and based on Jordan Belfort's 2007 memoir. It loosely recounts Belfort's career as a stockbroker in New York City and how his firm, Stratton Oakmont, engaged in rampant corruption and fraud on Wall Street, leading to his downfall. The film stars Leonardo DiCaprio as Belfort; Jonah Hill as his business partner and friend Donnie Azoff; Margot Robbie as his second wife, Naomi Lapaglia; Matthew McConaughey as his mentor and former boss Mark Hanna; and Kyle Chandler as FBI special agent Patrick Denham portraying Gregory Coleman. Day 4 - 370 CALORIE CREAMY PASTA 😋 Ingredients: * 150 g cooked pasta of choice * ½ tsp olive oil * 1 small (50g) onion * 50 g passata or tomato paste/puree * 30 g Philadelphia lightest cream cheese * 75 ml pasta water * 20 g low fat cheese * seasonings to taste Instructions: 1. Cook pasta according to package instructions and set aside 75ml of pasta water before draining. 2. In a small saucepan, sauté the onions in olive oil and cook over medium heat until nicely browned, about 2 minutes. Add the passata to the saucepan and mix in your seasonings. Cook over medium heat until bubbling, about 3 minutes. 3. Add in the cream cheese and pasta water, mix well and cook over medium heat until bubbling, about 3 minutes. Add the cheese and mix until it melts and combines with the sauce, then cook for a further 2 minutes until the sauce thickens. 4. Mix in the pasta until well coated with sauce, serve with a sprinkle of cheese and fresh parsley. Enjoy!
