If a blanket or pillow touches the ground.. instant contamination. Directly to the washer. If my husband or children use a blanket upside down (the tag belongs towards your feet) instantly contaminated. I have a lot of these thoughts in my head 😅

you’re better than me because I make EVERYONE follow my rules😭 I even wash my chairs after people leave bc they sat on them with outside germs nand I can’t sit on them in my clean p.js and get into my clean bed

I have minor contamination OCD. It’s not this bad but I definitely have to wash my hands multiple times after leaving the house. Contamination of objects if I sprayed cleaning products around them, same with raw meat if it’s around certain objects; etc. my biggest OCD is rumination. It literally destroys me

I’m a germ anxiety person haha so I Clorox wipe my phone alll the time- also don’t allow shoes inside! 😭 I don’t wear outside clothes in my bed either! 😅🦠🥴

I Do Not allow shoes in my house but what makes my skin crawl is when guests take their shoes off at the door and their socks touch the outside ground and then they come in and drag their contaminated socks all over the place 😭 help 😂😂
