I’m a victim of orthostatic hypotension. I once felt faint walking to the bathroom and as I was squatting to sit down on the toilet I fainted and slammed down hard on the toilet 😭

I get it. My brother carries around packs of salt for me…in his shoe. (He’s only 9) Thankfully I’ve never had to use the shoe salt. 😂😂😂

Reading through the comments and I can see you feel guilty that she’s aware and reacting. Please don’t, she knows you can’t control and you know you can’t control it. You shouldn’t feel guilty for something you have zero control over. In hindsight she might end up working in the medical field and help many more people

My 5 year old puts her hand on my back when I walk to help incase I get dizzy. It’s the sweetest thing.
