Open the notes and check what was saved. 3. Skills. A saved procedure gives a recurring job its inputs, steps and checks. 4. Connections. Connect the relevant accounts and restrict what tools can read, draft, send or change. 5. Agents. Give specialists their own instructions, tool access and whole jobs to work through. 6. Cloud routines. Configure scheduled work that can continue while your laptop is off. Local schedules are a different execution mode. 7. The gate. Permissions and before-tool hooks control actions. Test approval checks and block alternative sending routes. In my own business, these pieces prepare work and bring back a short queue of decisions for me. The subscription is the floor.
