I think we’ll call em Loaded Nacho Fry Burritos…😮‍💨 NACHO FRIES INGREDIENTS 1 bag frozen fries Olive oil 1/4 tsp cayenne 1/2 tsp cornstarch 1/2 tsp each cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and sugar 1 tsp chili powder and paprika LOADED BURRITO INGREDIENTS 1 lb ground beef 1 jalapeño, chopped 1 onion, chopped 1/2 tsp salt and pepper 2 tsp chili powder 1 tsp each of cumin, garlic powder, onion powder, and dried cilantro 1 tbsp minced garlic Burrito size flour tortillas Sour cream Shredded Colby Jack Nacho Cheese sauce Hot sauce INSTRUCTIONS Cook frozen fries in an air fryer following the directions on the package. Once crispy, toss the fries in oil and all of the nacho fry seasonings. While the fries are cooking, add 1 lb of ground beef, a chopped onion, and a chopped jalapeño to a skillet or griddle over medium-high heat. Add all of the taco seasonings. Once the beef is cooked through drain any extra grease. Microwave some store bought nacho cheese. Lay out a tortilla and add some sour cream, shredded cheese, nacho fries, ground beef, nacho cheese, and a little bit of hot sauce. Roll up the burrito and place it in a skillet over medium heat. Assemble the rest of the burritos. Toast the burritos until golden brown. Serve with any extra fries on the side and any of your favorite toppings for the burritos!
