I don’t own hermit crabs. But I wanted to tell you that because of your videos when we saw the poor hermit crabs in SC on vacation I was able to educate my kids on how the living conditions these crabs require are not what is advertised. I ended up showing your videos to 4 other parents in the store who were considering buying and 2 did but they were already online looking for proper care items and the other two, like me told their kids no because they were just not in the situation to provide proper care for them. I also told the store owner that they should just stop selling them altogether if they weren’t willing to offer proper care while they are in the store as well as provide proper care instructions to buyers! They weren’t my biggest fans but idc! All creatures deserve to live their best lives!

I am a new hermit crab owner. I believe Godzilla (he’s large lol) has buried himself to molt but I’m not sure what to expect. I noticed today he dug himself very far down and is completely covered. Some advice would be so appreciated
