That blonde kid looks like a kid that lives in my aunt and uncle’s neighborhood. The neighbors all have issues with him riding his ebike in the street, flipping people off, yelling at them and throwing stuff at their cars. No one knows where he lives. Over by Desert Ridge near Deer Valley Airport.
