Why is this genuinely making me emotional 😭 that girl in the beginning god bless her soul was so different than the person I’ve become. Mentally especially. And I definitely want to go more in depth with this in a future video but genuinely nothing in my life changed, physically, spiritually, emotionally, until I changed my mentality. NOTHING. This growth you’re able to see through the screen had less to do with diet and exercise but more to do with my personal standards, expectations for myself, and the ability to say no. Say no! No no no! As women we are taught that we aren’t allowed to say no and we live in this perpetual state of people pleasing.
