If you haven’t already, get tested for H. Pylori. It can be defected with an endoscopy, breath test, stool or blood test!

I just went through this , found out I had a bacterial infection in my stomach! Same symptoms you have, the endoscopy is what figured it out. I also got diagnosed with GERD. Could possibly be the same infection

Also I know you’re young, but I’m only 36 and am already in perimenopause which has made my body actually crazy. Might be worth considering if you have no GI issues?

I blame my uterus literally for everything after learning what it can truly do. Highly recommend getting your hormone levels checked (for thyroid and perimenopause). Endometriosis can also cause these stomach issues. Have you met with an OB about all this?

please don't stop complaining and telling us about this daily! there's alot of us here that feel comforted and seen with this kind of content! I have been having stomach issues for years and it drives me so crazy that I feel like nobody's ever suffered as bad as me! obviously I know it isn't true but pain and sickness can really make u feel alone.
