For your information, although they added the genetics to produce ribosomes, spudcells were unable to produce them for unclear reasons, and they added enzymes and ribosomes to it that were produced by natural cells, and ribosomes added artificially worked a bit before ceasing. Also spudcells were incapable of dividing on their own, so it’s safe to say that this is very far from a living cell. It wasn’t a living cell by the standard definitions of biology.
