@zachperkk: Your running form naturally changes based on your speed and the amount of force your putting into the ground. Professional sprinters put more force into the ground quicker hence they hit different positions. If your not putting the same amount of force into th ground, don’t try and force the position. It’s not natural for you. Instead, build up the speed and power over time and let yourself hit those positions naturally. #sprinting #zachperk #Science #sprinter #100m
im not trying to hate or nothing but you have alot of backside mechanic which makes your cycle alot slower

You need to use your abs to keep your hips rolled up, so that your knees can get up naturally not forced. A lot of times sprinters give up on trying to get their knees up because they’re using all hip flexors and that didn’t make them faster. It’s in the abs man.

A great que I think youd benefit from is hammering the nail. Your foot is the hammer and the ground is the nail. You wanna slam your feet into the ground and from that your knees and hips will rise naturally.

Could just adding muscle mass to the legs/hips/core while doing speed work to keep/gain speed or hill sprints/sled sprints to work the power side help this

Imo its not your ground force it’s your strength through fuller range of motion in your hip flexor thats holding you back
