Appreciate you sharing this, such a relatable experience. I don’t have anyone to talk to about this in my circle but reading the comments here makes me feel less lonely in the journey. I was clinically diagnosed with bipolar& ocd in my 20s(also think i have adhd), medicated for 5+yrs til my doctor gave me the go signal to stop medication a year after i started collecting crystals and starting my spiritual journey(my Saturn return). Ive been a follower since 2023, you and Sanne were my intros to energy healing. I remember passing out several times mid video and accidentally playing your videos on loop for 1-2hrs then waking up because my phone overheated in my hand. I know it feels cringey watching them now but they did help me. I barely see you in my fyp the past year but glad to have you back 💛
