You picked the worst time to swap to iPhone. ISR spyware chips as of 2026, ai scans & trains on your gallery (photos, videos, files, etc), you mention Google extorts you iPhone does the same with iCloud and the privacy is horrible as your iCloud is directly connected to an online web account (UK already got back door access), etc. Google is awful too - which is why I got a phone I can degoogle and have control over myself. Androids are the only phones you can have developer permissions, edit change what you want or even ad your own OS. There are privacy focused phones that run on Linux also if you want to go down that route. You started talking about ai - I thought this was about phones, I think any ai service connected to the net is unsafe. Look into running a local LLM if you have the PC specs for it.
