Some people will never understand the pain or trauma you've been through beacuse they never lived through it. They can try but won't understand you the best, only you, yourself, can understand when you know it the most. It's sad but sometimes we have to manage living with something we can never express enough to be understood. You're still strong and capable of anything so dont let negativity consume you. :)
