Ghost jobs feel like a huge menace on the jobsearch but the truth is they are not nearly the issue people want them to be. With no universal definition of what a ghost job actually is, and no significant research done by any reputable organization. Ghost jobs have become a media darling because they know you will click and share their articles no matter how flimsy the research in them is. The point of this video is not to dismiss ghost jobs, but it is part of a bigger picture and goal of mine to help people focus more on what matters than looking for scapegoats and outlets for their anger. As good as those may feel, they are not going to get anyone hired. Other creators will always be more than happy to tell you about the data and get all of the likes and shares. But I will continue to say the more grounded things no matter how unpopular it may be. #jobsearchtips #careeradvice #ghostjobs
