Triggers: someone books my calendar, a sale lands, an email arrives, and the right agent runs the right workflow. Then it compounds. Pick the outputs that move the business. Content. Sales. Give the AI a goal, the data, and the playbook from phase one, and it runs. The models are basically equal now. Context is the only moat left. Skip the foundation and you're just triggering prompts.
