This cover is mediocre at best IMO, Pinkerton was made to sound grungy and personal. The style this is in (OK Human) isn't really a great album either. Ik Rivers was going through it during quarantine and had always been interested in piano (note Longtime Sunshine) but to make it a weezer album was just not the play. Personally I like the OK Human cover made by Longtime Sunshine since it captures the classic weezer sound perfectly
