Japanese futon is what has helped mine. Your bed is a big problem. Not yours specifically. Most beds keep you in a terrible posture all day long. You’ll adapt to the hard surface in a week or two. Now I can plop down on the floor and pass out in a heartbeat if I need to. Saves space too. Just not great for fun times 😉

Yes, it takes focus for a while when you walk. Stand with your back against a wall, tuck your chin slightly, and touch the back of your head to the wall. Your core should automatically engage. That is the extreme version, but anything approaching that is good.

Dude if you figure it out please tell me. I have the same issue. It never feels natural and once I stop consciously paying attention to it, I’m back in Slouchtown! 😞
