(Recipe 👇) Sexy Low Cal Deluxe Crepes So easy to make, so professional looking, so low calorie. One of my favorite recipes ever! Macros: 45 cals | 7g carb | 1g fat | 3g protein Ingredients (makes 10-12): 1 egg 1 tbsp cocoa powder 200 mL nonfat milk 100g flour Dash of vanilla extract (optional for taste - no calorie impact) 1.5 tbsp zero cal sweetener (optional for taste - no calorie impact) Toppings: Raspberries Low Calorie Chocolate Chips Low Cal Whipped Cream Powdered Zero Cal Sweetener (just blend the sweetener in a blender) Instructions: Mix your dry ingredients together. Mix wet ingredients together. Mix the wet and dry ingredients thoroughly. Heat a pan to low-medium heat until it’s fully heated and then take no more than 1/4 cup of the batter and pour it onto the pan. Immediately swirl the pan around so the batter spreads thinner. Cook until the top of the crepe is clearly not liquid anymore. Flip the crepe (it should easily lift off the pan if it’s perfectly cooked) Cook the other side for 5 seconds and it’s done. Melt some chocolate chips in the microwave and spread on your crepe. Add raspberries. Fold up the crepe and dust with powdered sweetener and whipped cream! Chef’s Note: I made a much bigger batch for the video; you can scale up the ingredients one for one for more crepes. I also found that I got better at making them the more I made crepes. Make sure to mix the ingredients very thoroughly so that there are no clumps and it’s liquidy. The end result texture is very satisfying. It honestly doesn’t need to be cooked more than 60-90 seconds once the pan is thoroughly heated. Original creator: protein.peter
