I really wish Crankdat and levity b2b wooli were at the main stage.. SO much more room. I was getting crushed for levity and wooli, stepped on and pushed around and had to leave half way through

This was a great fvded overall but I agree the tent needs some improvements for sure. Too crowded, sound wasn’t great especially if you couldn’t even get into the tent, and everyone was constantly moving back and forth no matter where I stood.

Saturday was a whole different vibe. I loved every second but trying to get out of downtown Surrey after pushed my sanity to the limits. I live 10 minutes from the park and it took me 3 hours to get home lol

fvded was my first festival and i also agree that day 1 people were pretty bumpy… not too bad but still noticeable. day 2 crowd was much much nicer. it was really nice festival too!! i just wish they also made the forest stage maybe bigger or smt bc it ALWAYS felt crowded and kinda hard to actually be there and listen

I remember being at a festival (Shambhala) by myself for the first time I couldn't help but feel when I went to a set and started dancing that people knew I was dancing alone but your right no one cares lol

It was my first time and could not believe the people with zero spatial awareness. I thought maybe because it’s a younger crowd? Young Franco was a highlight same with Champion and Omnom in the forest. Also I was in front of you going to the Sky train and saw you fall I’m so glad you’re ok! We got pushed down hard on the escalator because the train was leaving I almost bailed too. All in all great time but wow what a crowd 😂

They wayyy over sold the event out of greed. It was uncomfortably packed every inch of the park. Walkways and way far back from stages. So unsafe.

It was so awesome running into you. Your outfit was so cute! I also haven’t been to FVDED since 2017 and was nervous but overall I had a great time. The people I found were hit or miss and interacted with way more rude people than I would have liked to, but overall found it was ran pretty well. I did think the sound from the tent bled into the forest stage a lot because they were so close

I’m usually at fvded or any local stuff solo for a portion of it. I always start out with a lot of anxiety but I’ve met so many sweet people who always have checked in on me when I’m solo! I’m also short so I try to stay out of the crowds but I definitely felt like the crowd situation was kind of insane on Day 2. Idk why but I always feel like the “bad crowd” always ends up in front of me and they don’t care that they’re either pushing into me or something too

Yeah I really don’t know why they keep putting fences up on the side of the tent. They leave two tiny openings that bottleneck and make it a shitshow to navigate in and out of. Not sure why they don’t just leave the sides open

I did the whole weekend completely sober as well and I loved every second. could not agree more that the tent needs better sound and it needs to be a lot bigger and they need to figure out a better flow of traffic

I was very overwhelmed the second day just because there were so many more people and it felt like the different sets were constantly over lapping. I could hear the other stages any time there was a drop or quiet moment at the stage I was at. This was my first one too and I’m so grateful that my boyfriend was there to guide me. But so proud of you for going out of your comfort level!! It’s a huge step
