CAJUN SALMON + CREAMY ORZO 🔥🤌🏻 (Serves 2–3) SALMON: • 2 salmon fillets • 1 tbsp avocado oil Seasoning: • Slap Ya Mama (or any cajun seasoning)  • brown sugar • garlic powder • onion powder • smoked paprika • black pepper 1. In the same pan you cooked the salmon in, sauté shallot for 2 mins. 2. Add garlic, tomato paste + sun dried tomatoes and cook 1 min. 3. Add orzo and toast 1–2 mins. 4. Pour in broth and simmer, stirring often, until orzo is cooked through and creamy (about 10–15 mins depending on your stove). 5. Turn heat to low and stir in heavy cream, parmesan, cream cheese, spinach + lemon juice until creamy and glossy. Season to taste. 6.
