@homewithrosiee: the ultimate strawberry ice cream that i can 100% promise you is better than shop bought🤩 as its so warm, i’m making as many ice creams as possible so follow along for plenty of ice cream recipes🍧🍰✨ Ingredients x1 Large punnet of Strawberries (chopped) x1 Lemon (Juice) x2 Tbsp Caster Sugar 600ml Double Cream x1 Tsp Vanilla Extract x1 Tin of Condensed Milk (397g) 1. To a pan, add your chopped strawberries, sugar and lemon juice and simmer on low. Use a masher to gradually break up the strawberries and once the mixture looks non lumpy, take off the hob. This takes around 20 minutes. 2. Get a bowl and place a sieve above. Pour the mixture and press the juice out of it to separate out the jam from the seeds. You now have your jam! 3. Leave your jam to cool. 4. Whisk your double cream until stiff peaks, then gently fold in your condensed milk and vanilla extract. 5. Gently fold in your strawberry jam into the cream. 6. Add to a large container and freeze for 6-7 hours. #strawberry #homemade #icecream #Recipe
