In this video, I demonstrate the entire handcrafted process of beer production, starting from the wheat and ending with the final beer.       The brewing process of beer mainly consists of several key steps: raw material processing, mashing, boiling, fermentation, and packaging. Specifically, the process goes as follows: soak the wheat for one night, then water it twice a day for five or six days until the malt grows to about one centimeter. After that, expose the malt to the sun to terminate germination. Once the malt is dried, pour it into a pot and roast it at low temperature, maintaining a temperature of around 65 degrees Celsius. Then, transfer the beer into sterilized glass bottles, seal them, and store them in a cool place for the second fermentation.
