About 8 yrs ago I was in Rome, and I took the train to another city. There were 6 Black guys there, I think they were Congolese, but doesn’t even matter.A seat opened up and one of them was about to sit down, but an elderly woman got to it first. I’ve never seen someone switch up that fast. He got insanely aggressive….They all started yelling at her, cussing her out, and he even tried to hit her and His friends had to hold him back…I was genuinely shocked. I’d never seen a man act that aggressively toward an elderly woman…Back then, there were also a lot of robberies and other crimes involving some refugees. Whether it’s fair or not, after seeing stuff like that happen over and over, a lot of Italians probably started lumping everyone together.Personally, I know they’re not all like that. But not everyone sees it that way.That’s why I don’t think u should take it personally if u know u haven’t done anything wrong to anybody.
