Does this also apply to credit cards? I sent capital one a request for securitization and collateralization twice now and they haven’t sent me anything which leads me to believe they are not the holder in due course!!

Have requested such they keep giving me a copy of the “note” I now have my copy of the orginal along with the same copy that has been “transferred” to 3 other “collection” agencies now what is the next step. I even have Postal Money Orders with the first collection agency that I wrote with a letter that the cashing of such Money Orders “IS PAYMENT IN FULL” since then is has been transferred 2 additional times. NOW WHAT STEPS NEED TO BE TAKEN. YES I HAVE COPIES OF ALL COORSPONDENCES
