Biar mata nggak kering. - *Set app timer*: Android ada _Digital Wellbeing_, iPhone ada _Screen Time_. Batasi TikTok/IG 1-2 jam per hari. - *No HP 1 jam sebelum tidur*: Cahaya biru bikin susah ngantuk. Ganti scroll dengan baca buku/bengong. *2. Jaga Postur & Kesehatan* - *HP setinggi mata*: Jangan nunduk terus. Leher bisa kena _text neck_. - *Mode gelap + kecerahan auto*: Biar mata nggak silau, hemat baterai juga. - *Jangan sambil tiduran miring*: Lama-lama mata jadi beda minusnya. *3. Jaga Otak & Mental* - *Matikan notif nggak penting*: Cuma sisain WA/Telepon dari orang penting.
