I always use spray paint from paint shop,and rarely actual graffiti paint,its not that bad ,people just don't have skill for lower quality cans.No explanation

I’ve seen this in my feed a few times and wanted to try it myself 💕 Ingredients Chicken Tenders - 1.5 lbs chicken breast tenderloins - Olive oil spray - 3 egg whites - 1 cup flour - 1 tsp baking powder - 1½ tsp salt - 1½ tsp onion powder - 1 tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp paprika - ¼ tsp turmeric - ½ tsp black pepper - ¼ tsp cayenne - 1 tbsp nutritional yeast Buttermilk Bath - 1 cup buttermilk - ½ tsp salt - ½ tsp paprika - ½ tsp onion powder - ½ tsp garlic powder Salad - 2 cups butter lettuce - ¼ cup diced cucumber - ¼ cup diced onion - Banana peppers - 1 oz Kraft reduced fat Colby Jack, shredded - 2 tbsp Kraft low fat ranch, drizzled Hot Honey Sauce - 2 tbsp raw honey - 1-2 tsp hot sauce - ½ tsp apple cider vinegar - ¼ tsp cayenne - ¼ tsp garlic powder - Pinch of salt Chipotle Yogurt Sauce - 1 cup Fage 0% nonfat Greek yogurt - 1-2 chipotle peppers in adobo, minced - ½ tsp garlic powder - 1 tsp lime juice - 1 tbsp honey - ½ tsp salt - 2 tbsp water to thin Surprisingly it’s not letting me put all the instructions so I’ll just add the instructions for the chicken: Chicken Tenders 1. Press it in so it sticks 5. Place on a wire rack over a baking sheet and spritz with olive oil spray 6. Bake at 400F for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through. You're looking for an internal temp of 165F. Let them rest a few minutes then chop into bite sized pieces
