Wash and pat dry. ◾️Add all the spices listed above and mix well. ◾️Heat the oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry the onion until golden brown and crispy, then remove and set aside. In the same oil, fry the garlic until golden, then remove and set aside. ◾️Using the same oil, add the beef and fry until crispy. This should take about 15 minutes, depending on the size and thickness of the meat. Cook for longer if needed. ◾️Remove the beef from the pan and allow it to cool. ◾️Add the beef and dried chillies to a grinder and pulse until the beef breaks down into small strands. ◾️Combine the shredded beef, fried onion, and fried garlic in a bowl and mix well. ◾️Add the freshly chopped coriander and mix again. ◾️Taste and adjust the seasoning, adding more salt if needed.
