@militarymechanicsie: The Lun-class ekranoplan was a Soviet Cold War ground-effect combat vehicle that flew just meters above the sea at speeds of up to 550 km/h (340 mph). Armed with six supersonic anti-ship missiles, it combined the speed of an aircraft with the striking power of a warship. Only one entered operational service.
