Ok I have gallstones and waiting on surgery to get scheduled. I keep reading people are afraid to eat, is it because of pain? Will we get pains as bad as the gallbladder attack pain? Or is it just being afraid of diarrhea? Cuz I’m cool with diarrhea if it means no more pain when I eat what I want lol

I haven’t had fried nothing for 14 months 😳 I’m so fried of the food and still no appt till a couple of weeks left to see the surgeon 😞

I asked my doctor what foods to stay away from and she literally told me “eat whatever you want. And if you come across something that makes you feel bad, don’t eat that. Maybe stay away from spicy food for a bit but other than that eat whatever” lol

13yrs later I can still only drink orange juice at home 🤣. For testing food out away from home keep a change of clothes in your car!
