INSTRUCTIONS Cook the crispy rice: Toss brown rice with chili oil and soy sauce. Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 14-18 minutes, stirring halfway, until crispy. Cook the salmon: Toss the salmon with garlic powder, ginger powder, honey, sesame oil, soy, vinegar, Sriracha, pepper, and chili flakes (if using). Air fry at 400°F (200°C) for 8-12 minutes alongside the rice. Assemble: Add the crispy rice, cucumber, avocado, edamame, green onions, and salmon to a bowl.
