Want to be gainfully employed but the govt set a certain age for employability, at which the employers can just terminate you n call it as retirement ( forced retirement), even though you are healthy n fit to work n want to continue working. If the government really want everyone to be gainfully employed, why set retirement age which employers can take advantage of?
