Honey Chipotle Chicken Burrito 😍  Cheesy, spicy, sweet and smoky, these burritos are packed with a delicious honey chipotle  chicken & veggie filling. 1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic granules
1 tsp ground cumin
1 tsp mixed herbs
Pinch of salt 
Pinch of black pepper
225g diced chicken breast 
1 small red onion diced 
1 small red pepper diced
50g black beans rinsed 
2 and ¼ tsp chipotle paste
20g honey
1 tsp ranch dressing
1 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt 
2 tortilla wraps (I used the high protein ones from Tesco)
20g half fat cheddar grated 
30g mozzarella grated
A few sprigs of fresh coriander chopped 💕Mix the seasonings together 

💕Use ½ the seasonings to coat the chicken. Fry until mostly cooked through.  💕Add in the onion, pepper and black beans.  Continue to cook for a few more minutes until the veggies have softened and the chicken is cooked. 💕Add the remaining seasoning, along with 2 tsp chipotle paste and honey. Leave over heat for a couple of minutes.  💕Whisk together the ranch dressing, remaining ¼ tsp chipotle paste and the greek yoghurt. 

💕Lightly warm the wraps in the microwave for 15 seconds. 💕Line with the grated cheese before topping with the chicken.  💕Drizzle over most of the chipotle yoghurt dressing and sprinkle over the coriander. 💕Fold tightly into a burrito, then place seam side down in a dry pan over medium heat. Cook for about 2 minutes each side until golden and crispy. 💕Remove and slice before serving. Drizzle any remaining sauce and coriander.
