Advion. Get rid of all cardboard. Remove any standing water. More advion. It’s the only thing that truly works. They make bait stations and also a gel. Get both.

ADVION! ADVION! ADVION!!! I’ve lived in houses and apartments and never seen a single roach. Idk what they out on that stuff but it works!!! I put it all along the edges of the windows and floors. A little goes a long way with a glove and literally works for decades.

my daughters boyfriend works in pest removal and he said for every 1 roach you see there is 250 more in the walls. You’re going to need professional help. Call an exterminator

Borax laundry detergent. The apartment I moved in was infested and I saw a complex manager say that it is all he uses and it worked so I decided to try. IT WORKED!!! I threw it behind the stove, fridge and even put it in my garbage can. I also sat bottle tops filled with Borax around and under the microwave. Trust me, it worked. Put it under the sofa and along the baseboards. I haven't seen a roach in a very long time.

Clean the house. Pickup all sources of food and throw in trash. Get rid of cardboard.

Clean like hell, dust every crack and crevice with diatomaceous earth. Pet safe and kills bugs with carapace

get a bottle of boric acid that has a point on it. squeeze it and run it along the baseboards of all over your house and especially in the kitchen and bathrooms. I'm a social worker and one of my clients years ago told me how to handle them it works and it's very inexpensive you don't need to hire an exterminator. and get it at the grocery store

DIATOMACEOUS EARTH... You can get it in food grade if you're so inclined. It's super safe, poison free and also useful against fleas and ticks.

I just pay Pest Control to keep them away. I’ve never seen a roach in my house in over five years. It pays to have a good Pest Control.

try orange spice tea I had an apartment that got infested with roaches I boiled orange spiced tea and the roaches left it took a few times of doing it but they left I had talked to a guy that came check professionally for the roaches afterwards and he said it was the acids in the orange and the cloves in the tea with the cinnamon that caused the roaches to leave it worked for me I don't know it could work for you or not

Advion Cockroach Gel Bait, 4 Tubes x 30-Grams, 1 Plunger and 2 Tips. You put little dots in back of drawers, shelves, under the sinks. The tiny trays make them infertile, put in corners.

There is a powder sold on ebay and amazon,(old name was Demon) . Mix with water in pump-up cheap plastic pump sprayer and spray a fine mist where they crawl( baseboard and shoemould) it will kill them up to 3 years later, no it won’t hurt pets, I have been using if for many years with many pets .
