@philippinestar: NO PAW LEFT BEHIND 🐾 Ariel Uno Dionisio, fire chief of the Central Dagupan 49 Community Emergency Response Inc., shared a heartwarming video of a dog recovering after being rescued from a first-alarm fire that struck residential and commercial areas along Yuseco Street and Juan Luna Street in Manila on July 6, 2026. "Okay na po siya na-retrieve almost dying na po kasi siya dahil sa suffocation," he stated in an exclusive interview with The Philippine STAR. Dionisio said responders immediately administered oxygen to the dog after rescuing it from the fire. The dog was later reunited with its owner. No casualties were reported in the incident.
