The event featured the formal launch of the PERMIS Framework, followed by the signing of Performance Bonds by Heads of all Directorates of the Service , signifying their commitment to achieving clearly defined institutional targets and delivering measurable results. The Programme also featured the investiture ceremony for PERMIS Ambassadors and Focal Persons who will drive the implementation and monitoring of the framework across the Service. 5.
