🫒 Epityrum 🫒 - ancient Roman olive relish Ingredients 240 g pitted olives (green, black or a mix) 60 ml red wine vinegar 60 ml olive oil 1 tsp dried coriander 1 tsp dried mint 1/2 tsp cumin Instructions Chop the olives or you can leave them whole as I did. In a bowl combine the olives with the rest of the ingredients and stir to combine. You can eat serve them immediately or seal them and leave them to marinate in a fridge overnight.
