Let them marinate for at least 30 minutes 2.Add all the better ingredients except the water to another bowl and mix evenly 3.Coat the chicken pieces in the dry batter & shake off any extra dry batter 4.Add cold water to the reaminung dry batter & mix well to make wet batter. Then dip the chicken pieces and deep fry the chicken in the heated until LIGHT golden brown, then briefly cool them off on a paper towel or strainer (for about 5 minutes).
