find mid timing and roll timing adjust handle back. make sure fuels on. place hand over carb to pull fuel in when rolling wheel over the remove hand from carb hold full throttle and spin the back tire hard and fast should fire or close to the adjust you timing hadle foward to advance and boom

Ok... So, hear me out..!?! I genuinely think I could start it in an unconventional way, if it was in gear...🤔 If you prime it and get everything within a nice compression, it should have enough momentum to fire up.
