Garlic Butter Tandoori Chicken Loaded Fries Homemade fries loaded with tandoori chicken tossed in garlic butter, finished with pickled red onions and a cool garlic yoghurt drizzle 🤌🏼 easy, high protein & absolutely BANGIN  Ingredients (serves 2):  Fries 550g potatoes, cut into fries
1 tsp garlic granules

Equal parts distilled vinegar + hot water
Pinch of salt Garlic yoghurt 70g 0% Greek yoghurt 1 tsp light mayo (optional) 
½ tsp chopped garlic 
Squeeze of lemon
 Serve:  Handful shredded lettuce 2 sprigs of fresh coriander chopped  💕Add the sliced red onion to a bowl with the ingredients listed. Toss and set aside.  💕 Add all of the chicken ingredients together and set aside.  💕Add the potato to a bowl, rinse under cold water, then pat dry. Season with the ingredients, salt & pepper then toss to coat. Airfry at 190°C for 18-22 minutes, shaking halfway.  💕Add the chicken to a hot pan and leave it undisturbed for a few minutes to get a nice char, then turn and fry until fully cooked. 💕Melt the butter with the garlic, then toss the chicken through it along with the coriander.  💕Mix together all the garlic yoghurt drizzle ingredients, salt & pepper until smooth.  💕Serve the fries and top with the lettuce, chicken, onions & yoghurt and a sprinkle of fresh coriander.
