just ignore all of the adds and champs, just shoot at the boss and get the health bar lower and the door will open, once that happens you can carry on to the next room, also a small tip is to wait until there's a public event in the same area as you are and once you launch the conquest if there's a public event in the same area if you go back you will be able to get flag, so basically you will have super and all ammo
