Why is it that I can pin myself every day, donate a pint of blood with a needle the size of a harpoon… but a simple blood test absolutely ruins me? 🤦‍♂️ I’m not scared of needles. I can inject no problem. I can donate blood no problem. But when I go for blood work, they always seem to struggle to get the sample. They end up moving the needle around, digging about looking for the vein, and before I know it I’m sweating, feeling rough, and on a couple of occasions I’ve ended up flat on my back staring at the ceiling. 😅 Makes absolutely no sense to me. Anyone else got something weird like this where one medical procedure doesn’t bother you at all, but another one completely wipes you out? 👇 Let me know in the comments.
