Vitamin B12 vitamin B1. it coated those nerve endings so everything doesn’t feel so prickly be patient with it takes a couple weeks before you start to feel the difference, but it does help tremendously.

I have it in my feet. I use a magnesium spray from Seven Minerals (amazon) and it really helps me.

just bought a vibration plate im hoping it will help w lymphatic drainage, i take magnesium n vita B COMPLEX DAILY, it does help
