And my husband got such a kick out of my grandpa, I’m pretty sure that’s where this pelican came from. Don’t get intimidated by the drawing because it’s really simple and so is the watercolor. The first blue ribbon I ever won for art was a pelican. I was in 1st grade. It was watercolor. ❤️this

I used a brush pen instead of colored pencil to outline him so he would look more “feathery” but I accidentally gave him a crew cut instead. 😂😂
