2 completely different visions for AI, USA is trying to advance technology, China is creating AI for population control. [e.g. Sesame vs Grok], I don't need my AI to breath while talking.

The whole world should contribute with one another to improve human survival rather than fighting. Ai will takeover everything very soon. Focus should be constructive not destructive, if anybody participates in technology uplift, we have to appreciate and collaborate with them.

What makes the difference between someone who feels like they survived trauma and someone who feels like trauma destroyed them? One factor we do not talk about enough is what happened after the trauma, particularly how people were supported in their darkest moments. People who felt loved, believed, and emotionally supported often had someone helping them carry the weight of what happened. Others were left isolated in their grief, expected to manage emotions that made everyone else uncomfortable, and given toxic positivity when they needed someone willing to sit with them in their pain. They learned to hide their struggles, perform being okay, and grieve alone. The trauma was painful enough, but feeling alone in the aftermath can make the experience even harder to carry. As support people, we have to understand that hope and acknowledging the destruction can exist at the same time. You can believe someone will build a beautiful life again without minimizing what they lost to get there. You can offer encouragement without rushing their healing. You can love someone deeply and still need to examine whether you have the emotional capacity to sit with their pain without trying to make it disappear. Sometimes the most healing thing you can offer someone is the experience of not having to hide how much they are hurting.
