Cover and cook for 10–15 minutes, or until the potatoes are almost fork-tender. 3. Add the corn and sausage Add the corn and sliced smoked sausage. Cook for 2–3 minutes. 4. Cook the shrimp Add the shrimp and cook for 2–3 minutes, just until pink and opaque. 5. Make the garlic butter While the boil is cooking, melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add: * Garlic * 2 tbsp boil seasoning Cook for about 1 minute, until fragrant. 6. Toss everything together Add the drained potatoes, corn, sausage, onion, and shrimp to the skillet. Toss everything in the garlic butter until evenly coated, about 1 minute. 7. Serve Serve immediately with extra lemon wedges on the side if desired. Notes * you can add your corn in sooner !
