shameless plug - i built an app that is so good for the adhd girlies and i want to share! helps w time blindness!!! basically plans your getting ready process backward from when you need to be ready and paces you so you actually make it & you can share your status w friends if you're on time or running late - it’s called almost ready on ios app store!
